Author Notes: Marlene offered to bring this to our Board of Directors meeting. It turned out to be more delicious than anyone ever imagined. Luckily there was a little bit left that I had with vodka that evening!abbyarnold

Serves: 4

  • 2 cups chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • zest of one lime
  • 3/4 cup water
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor, and liquify. Serve chilled or over ice. Vodka is an excellent addition. A big jar of this with rum is great for a BBQ on a hot summer evening!
