While n cooking school in Sorrento Italy I earned many recipes using apricots and pistachios so developed this spread for savory crackers or to top off dried apricots. —Betty

Ingredients

1 cup
Pistachios

juice of 2 lemons
Lemons

1 teaspoon
Sugar

1 tablespoon
Dried sage
Directions

Blend all together in a food processor till nicely ground together
Refrigerate a couple hours. Use as a spread on fresh or dried apricots
Excellent spread on savory crackers!
