- 1 large tomato
- 2 slices of smoked prosciutto or speck
- 2 figs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- springs of basil
- Slice the tomatoes and place them in two plates. Add the prosciutto cut into bits, fig quarters.
- Add the dressing and basil, salt and pepper.
