Fig Salad with Smoked Prosciutto and Tomatoes

Author Notes: A prefect end of summer salad ! Charlotte I The Fox + The Knife

Serves: 2


  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 slices of smoked prosciutto or speck
  • 2 figs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • springs of basil


  1. Slice the tomatoes and place them in two plates. Add the prosciutto cut into bits, fig quarters.
  2. Add the dressing and basil, salt and pepper.
