Serves 6-8

  • 4 aubergine
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams of parmesan
  • 100 grams of grated bread
  • 1 piece garlic
  • 1 pinch parsley
  • 1 pinch salt
  1. Bake in the owen the aubergines for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the peel e make them in little pieces. Whisk the pulp of aubergines with the parmisan, bread, garlic, parsley and eggs. Fix it with salt.
  3. Get the pan grease with butter and the cover with bread crumbs
  4. Bake in the owen for 30 minutes - 180°
