Roasted Ranch Broccoli

Serves: 4

  • 1 large head of broccoli, sliced into 1-inch thick steaks
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ranch seasoning from Hidden Valley Ranch Dip packet
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Add sliced broccoli to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil, then toss gently.
  4. Roast for 16 minutes, sprinkle with parmesan, and return to the oven.
  5. Bake 1-2 more minutes, remove from the oven, and enjoy!
