Familiar ingredients and a strong, earthy vegetable flavor. —Sarah Waldman

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 3-inch piece cucumber
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 beet, peeled
Directions
  1. Before turning the juicer on, wash, dry, and chop all the produce so that it fits through the feeding chute. Run the softest produce through the motor first, working your way up to the hardest. After switching on the motor, start by juicing the orange and the cucumber, then turn up the speed (if the machine has this function) and work your way through to the celery and the beet.
  2. Drink immediately.
