Chocolate Overnight Oats with Strawberry Chia Jam

This decadent version of Chocolate Overnight Oats with Strawberry Chia Jam will satisfy your sweet tooth, but won't bust your healthy diet plans. —Aimee

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • Chocolate Oatmeal
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • Strawberry Chia Jam
  • 2 cups Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Cold Water
  • 3 tablespoons Agave
  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients for the chocolate oatmeal and whisk together until completely mixed. Cover with wrap or a lid and place in fridge overnight.
  2. Place the Frozen Strawberries, Cold Water, and Agave in a blender and blend until smooth. You made need to add water in order to achieve a smooth consistency. Do so by adding 1 tablespoon at a time. Place in a sealed airtight container and store in fridge overnight.
  3. In 4 separate jars or cups place a small layer of the Chocolate Overnight Oats and then top with the Strawberry Chia Jam. Continue until both mixtures are used. Top with an additional toppings you desire.
