I wanted to try something new with feta cheese and artichoke hearts and came up with this recipe. —contest enterer
Ingredients

1/3 cup
chopped feta cheese

1 cup
grape tomatoes, cut in half

can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, chopped and drained

crackers, optional

2 tablespoons
olive oil

garlic clove, chopped
Directions

Mix together olive oil and garlic in a small pan, Set aside. Let flavors meld for several minutes

Mix together feta cheese, grape tomatoes and chopped artichoke hearts in a medium bowl. Add olive oil and garlic mixture. Serve immediately.
