bunch radish - only leaves
tablespoons sunflower seeds, roasted
tablespoons olive oil
tablespoon lemon juice
- Blend all ingredients in a blender, using as much water as you prefer to get a consistence you want.
- You can use it as a bread spread or as an addition to pasta or salad.
