Have you been throwing out radish leaves usually? You won’t do it anymore, since you try this radish leaves pesto. It tastes amazing, having an intensive flavor and it’s full of vitamins. Just remember to use fresh, ecological leaves and clean them thoroughly! —Flymetothespoon

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch radish - only leaves
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, roasted
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons water
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt, pepper
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, using as much water as you prefer to get a consistence you want.
  2. You can use it as a bread spread or as an addition to pasta or salad.
