Barley+ No Bake Granola Bars

  • Makes 12
  • 4 cups plain unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups Freedom Foods Barley+ Pink Lady Apple & Macadamia Muslei
  • 1 pinch salt
In This Recipe
  1. Slice strawberries into coins and fold them in the plain yogurt.
  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. Add yogurt and strawberries to the baking pan and even it out with a spatula
  4. In a separate bowl, mix Barley+ Pink Lady Apple & Macadamia Toasted Muesli with honey and salt
  5. Layer muesli mixture on top of yogurt, spread evenly.
  6. Freeze for about three hours
  7. Cut and individually wrap for your convenience
