Perfect lunch recipe for any workday slump! —LetsTacoboutfood

  • Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Teasane Focus Tea
  • 1 Bag Spinach
  • 1 cup Strawberries
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. Brew 2g of Teasane Focus Tea with 10oz. of water.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, honey and olive oil and set aside.
  3. Place spinach in a large bowl and top with strawberries, blueberries, pecans, quinoa and avocado.
  4. Drizzle with the lemon vinaigrette and toss to combine.
  5. Season to taste with salt.
