Directions
-
Mix together paneer, potatoes, onion, green chillies, cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, mint, cilantro, 2 tbsp corn starch & salt together to form a dough.
-
Create a medium thick paste of tbsp corn starch, flour and water.
-
Make patties of the Paneer dough and coat them with paste and later wrap it up with Sev/Vermicelli .
-
Grill the patty in oil on low flame. Make sure the vermicelli/sev/crushed cornflakes do not get burnt. You can even skip the coating if you want. I personally love the coating of sev making the Patty more crunchy.
-
Serve the patty on grilled burger buns with lettuce, pickles, onion, tomatoes, siracha mayo & your favourite relish.
