A super healthy and tasty dip made with black beans, corn, avocados, green onions, fresh cilantro, and a lime dressing. It's a crowd pleasing appetizer, and it's vegan! —Dash of Amy

- Salsa

can black beans, drained and rinsed

can corn, strained

tomato, finely chopped

avocado, diced

bunch green onions, sliced

bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Dressing

1/2 cup
olive oil (light for milder flavor)

1/3 cup
fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)

1 teaspoon
salt

1/2 teaspoon
black pepper

dashes Frank's red hot sauce
Directions
- Salsa

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
- Dressing

Whisk together all the dressing ingredients until it thickens, and pour over the salsa.
