Ingredients

heads cauliflower, washed and cut into large pieces

2 tablespoons
Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread (soy free)

1/2 teaspoon
sea salt
Directions

Steam the cauliflower pieces until very tender

Puree cauliflower in a food processor, add in buttery spread and salt

Reheat in a casserole dish in the oven at 350° for 20 minutes
