This is a fusion dish, inspired by the summer harvest and one of my favorite Taiwanese snacks. The pungent aroma isn’t for the faint of heart!

Ingredients

1 packet
Grilled Stinky Tofu
-
Dash
Taiwanese Seasoning
-

Tomatoes, chopped

1
Asian Eggplant, rough chopped

1 handful
Okra or other greens, stems removed
Directions

Heat oil in a skillet and add the tomatoes, eggplant, and dash of seasoning.

Rinse off the tofu and tear into toothsome chunks; add them to the skillet along with the sauce that comes with it.

Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add the okra or other greens last and let the liquid from the tofu and vegetables steam them lightly.

Serve with rice, bread, or other carb.
