Stinky Tofu Ratatouille

September 3, 2018

Author Notes:

This is a fusion dish, inspired by the summer harvest and one of my favorite Taiwanese snacks. The pungent aroma isn’t for the faint of heart!

I’ve doubled the recipe and brought it to a potluck to enthusiastic response.

  1. Heat oil in a skillet and add the tomatoes, eggplant, and dash of seasoning.
  2. Rinse off the tofu and tear into toothsome chunks; add them to the skillet along with the sauce that comes with it.
