Author Notes: This is a fusion dish, inspired by the summer harvest and one of my favorite Taiwanese snacks. The pungent aroma isn’t for the faint of heart!

packet Grilled Stinky Tofu
dashes Taiwanese Seasoning
Asian Eggplant, rough chopped
handful Okra or other greens, stems removed
- Heat oil in a skillet and add the tomatoes, eggplant, and dash of seasoning.
- Rinse off the tofu and tear into toothsome chunks; add them to the skillet along with the sauce that comes with it.
- Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add the okra or other greens last and let the liquid from the tofu and vegetables steam them lightly.
- Serve with rice, bread, or other carb.
