Ziti pasta topped with a fresh Roma tomato sauce, seasoned and cooked chicken, and a Burrata cheese drizzle to finish it off. —Dash of Amy

flour

garlic powder

1 teaspoon
Mrs. Dash Italian Medley

16 ounces
ziti pasta, cooked and strained
-
Burrata cheese
- Fresh Tomato Sauce

Roma tomatoes, chopped

3
garlic cloves, minced
-
3-4 tablespoons
olive oil
-
1 teaspoon
salt

1/4 teaspoon
black pepper

basil leaves, finely chopped
Directions
- Chicken

Heat a deep skillet over medium heat, and add the olive oil

Dip the chicken in flour coating both sides, place in skillet.

Sprinkle the seasonings over the chicken.

Cook 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked with no pink in the center.

Cut the chicken into strips, and set aside.
- Fresh Tomato Sauce

Wipe out the skillet with paper towels, and add a Tbsp of olive oil and the garlic.

Cook 1 minute, then add the tomatoes, salt and pepper.

Mix well, and retain a light boil stirring often for 10-15 minutes until the tomatoes break down.

Keep drizzling 1-2 tsp of olive oil every few mintes.
Add fresh basil and mix well.

To serve the meal, scoop the ziti on a plate, top with fresh tomato sauce, strips of chicken, drizzle 1-2 Tbsp of Burrata cheese, then top with fresh basil.
