This bubbly, creamy drink is inspired by the Ramos Gin Fizz, which was created in the late 19th century in New Orleans by Henry C. Ramos. In this version, which takes a cue from the Tennessee Williams classic play-turned-film, A Streetcar Named Desire (also set in New Orleans), we’ve swapped in orange juice and Cointreau for lemon juice, and cut back on the simple syrup, for a more cohesive citrus flavor that almost resembles an orange dreamsicle. —Food52
