Author Notes: The bountiful fig harvest continues! This is an easy weeknight dessert, which is easily multiplied for a crowd.StephanieBezner

Serves: 1

  • 2 fresh figs, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon old fashioned oats
  • cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray ramekin with cooking spray.
  2. Combine chopped figs, sugar and oats. Pour into ramekin, and bake for 30 minutes until juicy and bubbly. Serve warm.
