Author Notes: The bountiful fig harvest continues! This is an easy weeknight dessert, which is easily multiplied for a crowd. —StephanieBezner
fresh figs, chopped
tablespoon brown sugar
tablespoon old fashioned oats
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray ramekin with cooking spray.
- Combine chopped figs, sugar and oats. Pour into ramekin, and bake for 30 minutes until juicy and bubbly. Serve warm.
