Yep. I can eat this for lunch and dinner. Again and again....
I had just moved into a new home and friends of mine brought this to me to celebrate. It was greatly appreciated especially since all of my kitchen things were still in storage. —Miss_Karen

Ingredients

16 ounces
package of coleslaw with carrots OR 1 head of cabbage shredded

seasoning packet from Top Ramen

green onions, finely chopped

1 cup
cashews

package of chicken flavor Top Ramen

cooked chicken breasts, or rotisserie chicken shredded

1/2 cup
peanut oil or canola oil

1/3 cup
rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon
low sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons
sugar
-
1 tablespoon
Nigella Seeds* or toasted sesame seeds

seasoning packet from Top Ramen

Wonton strips as garnish
Directions

In a small measuring cup, mix together oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and seasoning packet.

In a large bowl combine cabbage, chicken and nuts. Crumble RAMEN noodles over salad. Sprinkle Nigella seeds on top or toasted sesame seeds (1 Tbsp.) Add dressing just before serving. Toss lightly. Garnish with wonton strips.
* Leftovers get soggy but still taste good.
