Ingredients
  • Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons favorite fruit jam
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons raw cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Salad
  • 6 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 large green apple, seeded and cut into small chunks
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup celery leaves
  • 1 ounce blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cranberries & Cashews Triscuit Wheatberry Clusters
Directions
  1. In a small mason jar, combine dressing ingredients, tightly close the lid, and shake vigorously.
  2. Combine and toss the ingredients for the salad in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Lightly drizzle the dressing over the mixed salad.
  4. Enjoy!
