Who doesn't love a refreshing summer cocktail? The Kenny Cocktail is a gorgeous blend of black tea, fresh fruit, pomegranate juice and vodka. Serve in a punch bowl or individually for a classy session of day drinking. Who is ready to sit by the pool and gossip? —jodiloves
Ingredients

2 cups
brewed black tea

16 ounces
bottle of pomegranate juice

72 ounces
sparkling water
-
8 ounces
pomegranate seeds
-
2 cups
blueberries
-
26 ounces
vodka
-
mint for garnish
-
edible flowers for garnish
Directions

Brew tea to the strength you desire and chill. I like mine strong.

Add tea, sparkling water, pomegranate juice, 1 1/2 cups of blueberries, all but a handful of pomegranate seed and vodka to a larger punch bowl with ice.

Create skewer garnishes by stacking pomegranate seed, mint and blueberries and add to glasses.

Pour punch into glassed with skewers and ice and serve.

You can adjust the amount of vodka to your liking or omit it completely for a mocktail.
