Fresh Parmesan Cheese

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

Dijon mustard

Directions

Place cubed bread in a baking dish, and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake at 400* for 10-12 minutes until crispy, mixing after 5 minutes.

In a large bowl place the tomatoes, peppers, onions, basil, and salt.

Whisk the dressing ingredients until thick and creamy.

Pour over the salad, add the bread and mix well.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Serve and eat immediately.
(This salad is not good leftover, the bread will get soggy.)
