The best stuffing, vegan breakfast for every day: oatmeal, papaya, blood orange, pecans, maple syrup and a hint of lemon and cinnamon. —Tastes Like Green Spirit
Ingredients

oatmeal

water

lemon, zest

1 handful
pecans

papaya

banana

orange

1/2
blood orange

1 teaspoon
turmeric (level tsp)

1 teaspoon
maple syrup

1 pinch
white sesame

1 pinch
cinnamon
Directions

Fillet the orange and the blood orange. Cut the banana into slices, the papaya too. Wash the lemon and grate the zest.

Add the oatmeal with the water and the turmeric to a saucepan and slowly stir over a medium heat so that it doesn’t get burned. This should only take a few minutes.

Once the turmeric porridge is hot, add maple syrup and cinnamon to taste. Then stir in the lemon zest.

Now transfer the porridge into a bowl, spread the fruit on top and decorate with pecans and sesame.
