goat cheese

extra virgin olive oil

lemon juice

2 tablespoons
red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon
minced garlic

1 teaspoon
salt

chopped walnuts
Directions

Cook your pasta according to directions

Add all sauce ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until the sauce is smooth and resembles a pesto-like consistency

Season to taste with salt and pepper

When the pasta is done, spoon the sauce over the noodles and gently fold it in, making sure it is evenly distributed

Optional to garnish with mint or Parmesan cheese
