Fried chicken in Sauce

- For the fried chicken

Skinless chicken pieces

Ginger garlic paste

Constarch or potato starch or AP flour
- For the sauce

1 handful
Diced Onions

Diced bell peppers of choice

Chopped garlic

Chopped green chillies

1 teaspoon
Grated ginger

1 pinch
Pepper

4 tablespoons
Tomato ketchup

2 tablespoons
Soy sauce

1 tablespoon
Red chilli sauce

Directions
- Dice you chicken into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients for the fried chicken and let the chicken marinate for 105 minutes. You can keep the chicken for marination in the refrigerator but remember to bring it to room temperature before frying.
- Take a wok or your vessel of choice for deep frying. Take canola oil or sunflower oil and fry you chicken pieces in batches. Fry them in medium low flame for till they are light brown in color. You can air fry or bake them in your Owen as well. Be sure to make them crisp.
- Now remove all the oil and residuals from your vessel. Take 2 tbsp of the same oil and add chopped garlic and green chillies. Fry for a minute in high flame. Add diced Onions and bell peppers. Fry for another two minutes.
- Make a sauce mixture with ketchup, soy sauce, red chilli sauce and pepper.
- Add the sauce mixture to your vegetables and stir fry everything together. Taste for seasoning as soy is already salty. If required add salt to your taste.
- Now add the chicken and mix well. Add grated ginger.
- Take 1 tbsp constarch and mix with a glass of water. Add it to your chicken and vegetables. Cover the vessel for a minute and your fried chicken in Sauce is ready to serve.
- Serve with chopped scallions on top.
