sour cream

olive oil

apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon
honey

salt and black pepper
Directions

Peel the cucumber and cut into thin slices.
In a bowl, add cucumber slices, blackberries and dill.
Whisk the sour cream with oil, vinegar and honey, season with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the cucumbers and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Toss. Enjoy!
