10 Minute Tikka Naan Pizza with Bell Peppers and Red Onion

Masala Mama’s delicious tomato-based Tikka Masala sauce is perfect as a pizza sauce with an Indian twist. You can make it with a myriad of toppings. It’s delicious and bright with red bell peppers and roasted onions. —MasalaMama

What You'll Need
  • 1 jar Masala Mama Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce
  • 4 small to medium sized plain Naan
  • 1 cup grated low moisture mozzarella and Fontina cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Basil, for garnish (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes, for garnish (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Lay out Naan on a lined baking sheet. Top each Naan with Masala Mama Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce and layer first with cheese, then sliced peppers and onions. Drizzle some olive oil over the vegetables.
  3. Place the Naan pizzas in the heated oven and bake until cheese has evenly melted, naan is a little toasty on the sides, about 8 minutes.
  4. Garnish with basil, red pepper flakes, and serve immediately.
