Healthy, quick and easy chicken noodle stir fry packed with lots of veggies! I love this budget-friendly meal that takes less than 30 minutes from prep to serving. It’s nutritious, simple to make and versatile. For this recipe, I’ve used broccoli, cabbage and carrots as my choice of vegetables. —casuallypeckish

  • 300 grams Hokkien noodles (fresh)
  • 200 grams chicken breast strips
  • 2 cups cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 1.5 cups broccoli (cut into small florets)
  • 1 cup clove of garlic
  • 1/2 brown onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
