What You'll Need

Ingredients

1 part Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
³/₄ part Lillet® Blanc
³/₄ part Aperol® Aperitif
Grapefruit zest, for garnish

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until cold.
Strain liquid into a glass and serve up or with a large ice cube. Garnish with a large zest of grapefruit.

This is a delightfully well-balanced drink and not too strong. I haven't tried Basil Hayden bourbon but I enjoy this recipe with Maker's Mark 46.
