The ultimate party dip, spinach, artichokes, three cheeses, and alfredo sauce create a flavorful, crowd pleasing appetizer. —Dash of Amy

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach, cooked and strained
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts, cut in pieces
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried Parmesan Romano cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until well mixed.
  2. Transfer to oven safe dish, and bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or pita bread.
