Ingredients

2 pieces
gluten free bread

2 tablespoons
dairy free cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons
olive oil

salt, to taste

1/2 teaspoon
black pepper powder

1/2 teaspoon
garlic powder

1 teaspoon
Italian seasoning mix
Directions

Heat the oven to 350 F.

Place the dairy free cheese in a coffee grinder and grind it to a fine consistency. Place it in a bowl.

Take two slices of gluten free bread and cut into small cubes.

Add the bread cubes to the bowl, now add all the seasonings. Toss to mix.

Spread the bread cubes on an oven safe dish in a single layer. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Take it out, turn over the cubes,then place back in the oven and bake for further 10 minutes or until golden brown.
