THIS for the holidays. Margaritas that taste like the winter months and still give you a little Mexi-zing. Everyone who knows me understand that I will never turn down a margarita (and chips and salsa for that matter). I love how simple this recipe is and how freaking pretty! You can make this by the batch too- and when people arrive over the holidays- if you are keeping to the immediate fam- whichever, honestly, just pour a glass at the start of night and the night will go swimmingly well. Ingredients

100% Agave Tequila

1 shot
Cointreau

2 shots
Cranberry juice

1 tablespoon
halved fresh cranberries

1 tablespoon
sugar

1 teaspoon
pink sea salt

small orange- zested

slice of orange
Directions

Run the cut end of the orange around the rim of a low-ball glass, dip the glass into the salty, zesty sugar. Fill glass with ice.

Add a few halved cranberries to the glass. Pour over 1 generous shot of tequila, 1 shot Cointreau, and 2 shots of cranberry juice.

Stir, garnish with an orange wedge.
