I love burgers. With Christmas around the corner, I wanted to throw together a festive flavour stack. So here she is. —Emma Foster

Ingredients

Beef Burgers

Sprouts

1/2 teaspoon
Wholegrain Mustard

1/2 teaspoon
Maple Syrup or Honey

2 teaspoons
Mayonaise

Salad Tomato

40 grams
Camembert

Streaky Bacon

2 teaspoons
Cranberry Sauce

Brioche Buns
Directions
-
start by finely slicing the sprouts, then toss them in the mustard and syrup

fry the bacon in a pan until crisp, then remove and set aside

slice the burger and use the same pan to lightly fry the inside of the burger
-
once toasted, turn the pan up and cook the burger to your liking. once nearly cooked, add the camembert to the top of the burger and allow it to start to melt

assemble the burger and ENJOY!
