farro or whole grain of your choice

kale or greens of your choice

edamame

sliced radish

kimchee

Asian-inspired or other salad dressing to taste
Directions

Toss ingredients in a bowl, then add salad dressing of your choice. Garnish with green onion, sliced almonds and cilantro.
