These healthy brownies are super easy to make and taste grate!
They are made out of a root vegetable called Cassava which have a very starchy texture. It is native in south America but also found in Asia. these brownies are sweet and salty. NOTE CASSAVA ALSO KNOWN AS YUKA IS POISONUS IF NOT COOKED FULLY. —Chef Jacob.

mashed Cassava

1/4 cup
cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup
nut butter

1 cup
chocolate milk

1/4 cup
Maple syrup

1/4 cup
mashed sweet potato
Directions

pre heat oven to 350 and cook cassava and sweet potato until soft and then mash
-
in food processor combine ingredients till doe like constancy
-
on a baking sheet put a layer of parchment paper and divide doe into even sized balls then flatten balls with a fork to make a cookie shape.

put in oven for 10 minuets
