Turmeric Powder

Kasuri Methi

Garam Masala Powder

Red Chili powder

Pink Salt

Black Pepper powder

Directions

Heat 04 tablespoon Oil

Add half cup chopped onions

Fry until brown and turn to low flame

Add ¾ teaspoon turmeric powder, Add ¾ teaspoon Garam Masala, Add 01 teaspoon Red Chili, Add 01 teaspoon Salt (As Per Taste), Add ¾ teaspoon black pepper

Cook and keep flame low

Mix everything well

Chop 4-5 medium-size tomatoes and blend, Add puree and mix

Cook for about 10 minutes

Add chopped green chilis and coriander
-
Add half teaspoon Kasuri methi

Dish out and garnish with coriander
