Rise Steak Dry steak on paper towel. Season steak make sure covering all the steak with Salt & Pepper add rest ingredients as well. Using A iron skillet on high medium heat Until light smoke add your Olive oil Wait 30 second drop steak down let seare for 3 1/2 minutes each side. Have oven set at 350 or you can use broiler. Let steak rest

Using a mixing bowl crack open king crab mixing all ingredients together foaming a patty or slightly flat ball add on top of your filet Mignon in the oven it goes for 5 to 7 minutes. Let rest for 2 minutes enjoy
