This Filet Mignon Steak Stuffed with king crab meat is so delicious no sauce is needed. I was told that this has to be one of the best steaks they had .. —Maurice Farmer

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces 2 Filet Mignon
  • 1 tablespoon Kosher Slat
  • 1 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 splash White Truffle Oil
  • 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 piece Whole Garlic Clove
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Fresh King Crab Leg
  • 1/2 pound Fresh King Crab
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 splash Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Spicy Mustard
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Shallots Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Jalapeño Minced
  • 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs breaking apart with your hand
Directions
  1. Rise Steak Dry steak on paper towel. Season steak make sure covering all the steak with Salt & Pepper add rest ingredients as well. Using A iron skillet on high medium heat Until light smoke add your Olive oil Wait 30 second drop steak down let seare for 3 1/2 minutes each side. Have oven set at 350 or you can use broiler. Let steak rest
  2. Using a mixing bowl crack open king crab mixing all ingredients together foaming a patty or slightly flat ball add on top of your filet Mignon in the oven it goes for 5 to 7 minutes. Let rest for 2 minutes enjoy
