This dessert can be your next no-bake go-to, especially if you choose to use pre-made tart shells.

What You'll Need
  • Group A: Citrus whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried or fresh citrus zest (use either orange, lime, or lemon, or all three)
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • Group B: Everything else
  • 1 small tart shell (I used a 4.5-inch one)
  • 2 large strawberries (use more if wanted)
  • 1 fresh fig (use more if wanted)
  • 2-3 mint leaves, finely minced
  1. Make the whipped cream: Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold in the sugar and citric zest.
  2. Fill the tart shell with the citrus whipped cream. Slice the strawberries and fig into thin sections and lay over the cream. Top off with the finely minced mint leaves.
