Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup frozen dragonfruit chunks
  • 1 medium banana, diced (substitute: frozen banana chunks)
  • 1/3 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons granola of choice
  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons any citric flavoured whey protein powder (optional; this recipe uses a blood orange one)
Directions
  1. Blend the dragon fruit, banana, pineapple, and protein powder together (optional: add a little milk if you want a thinner, more smoothie-like consistency). Pour into a medium bowl.
  2. Warm the peanut butter in the microwave, and melt it till it’s flowy. Slice the remaining 1/4 of the banana. Toast the desiccated coconut till it’s light brown. Top off the bowl with the granola and banana slices. Drizzle with peanut butter and sprinkle with the coconut. Enjoy!
