Directions

Dice your broccoli and cauliflower into quarter sized florets

Slice the other vegetables into thin slices (as shown on the video)

Oil your pan with any vegetable oil and allow to warm up. (Peanut/Sesame oil mixture produces veggies with a nutty fragrance to it.)

Add your vegetables to the hot pan and add your spice mix

Lightly fry your vegetables, continuously moving them around so they donât burn. After about 10 minutes your vegetables
should be cooked but still crunchy (firm) - perfect!

Serve with your favorite meat and starch (like our crumbed chicken and chips)
