Author Notes
They are carrots you dream about. Carrots that make you rethink why you haven't had carrots for every meal. Carrots that redefine what it means to be a carrot.
These carrots are creamy on the inside but crispy and caramelized on the outside. I literally eat them like candy.
Please ENJOY! Hopefully you'll soon join me in my nightly dreams of sitting by a cozy fire next to Harry Styles serving him these roasted carrots. He looks over at me, a single tear streaming down his face, saying "wow...these.. these are good carrots". I decide if the good lord calls me home at any given moment, I am content. —Annie Sherrick

1 tablespoon
Honey
-
1 tablespoon
Minced Rosemary

Add your carrots to a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make sure they are well spaced, you don't want to crowd the pan

Remove carrots when they look caramelized on the outside, its okay if they are some black patches
-
before serving, add a drizzle of olive oil and honey, and another pinch of flaky salt
-
ENJOY, feed these to anyone you love, anyone you are trying to get to love you, or just eat the whole pan yourself
