This food is deliecious, actually a recipe of spaghetti. It's about cooking spaghetti with aubergines in tomato sauce and cheese of course.
-INGREDIENTS:
-5 fresh aubergines
-one onion
-one piece of garlic
-three-five fresh tomatoes depending on size
-5 tablespoonfull olive oil
-salt and pepper
-half teaspoonful of sugar
-balsamico or red wine per choice
-One bag of spaghetti, any form and type
PREPARATION
-We boil the spaghetti in bag in a big casserol
-We prepare aubergines, as main part of food as following:
-We wash aubergines well extenally and cut them to small pieces in form of dice
-We smash the tomatoes, actually blend them, after also washing them for sauce: We put the sauce in a deep pan, we add onion cutting it to small pieces, and garlic as many pinches as we want, add salt and pepper relatively, then we add olive oil and few drops of balsamico or red wine, adding sugar as well.
-We leave this get well boiled by mixing from time to time.-In the meantime, we have boiled spaghetti, andwhen both have been done, we serve spaghetti in a big pyrex (flat plate from glass, slightly deep and we put the well done aubergines in sauce, by arranging evenly whole content with a big spoon or fork, making a mix out of it. Then we add white grained cheese, we've blended or bought ready, and as long as food is hot, it should be eaten.
