Ingredients
- same and Miso Vinaigrette

Yellow Miso Paste

1 teaspoon
Black Vinegar

Sesame Oil

Brown Sugar

Mushroom Flavored Dark Soy Sauce

Olive Oil

1/2 teaspoon
Grated Ginger

Carrot Shredded

Small Green Cabbage

Small Purple Cabbage

Small Cucumber Coined

Red Bell Pepper 1/4 strips

Chopped Cilantro

Directions

Sesame and Miso Vinaigrette
In a small mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients and mix together, making sure the brown sugar is incorporated into the dressing.

For the Slaw
In a large mixing bowl all in all the ingredients and 1 tbsp at a time, drizzle the vinaigrette over the slaw mixing and coating the slaw. Do not add all at once. Reserve the extra dressing.
Garnish with black sesame seeds
