slices pumpernickel bread

18 tablespoons
unsalted butter, room temperature

1 tablespoon
fresh dill, chopped (plus more to garnish)

fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 teaspoon
salt

black pepper

adishes, very thinly sliced using a mandolin
Directions

Combine butter, chopped dill and parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix completely to combine.

Spread butter on slices bread and put on a plate or platter. Refrigerate for an hour until butter hardens.

Once ready to assemble, slice the crusts from the bread and slice each piece of bread in half forming unfiorm rectangles or squares.

Thinly slice the radish and layer on top of each piece of bread. Garnish with fresh dill and sprinkle with salt.
