EPIC SALMON TARTAREĀ TOAST

Toasted sourdough, topped with cream cheese, slices of ripe tomatoes, salmon tartare and shallots. —Katerynascafe

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillet, previously frozen for at least 3 days
  • 2 tablespoons shallot onion - finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives - finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon whole-grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped capers
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions
  1. Chop salmon fillet, mix all ingredients until combined. Serve immediately on a toast (see details below) or with crackers
  2. Toast sourdough slices.
  3. Top with cream cheese.
  4. Top with slices of ripe tomatoes.
  5. Top with Salmon Tartare.
  6. Garnish with shallots rings, chopped herbs of your choice, crushed pink and black peppercorns.
  7. Enjoy!
