Cheesy, fluffy biscuits just like the ones you get at Red Lobster. Simple to make using just a few basic ingredients. —Dash of Amy

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons chilled, cubed butter
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 green onions, sliced thin
Directions
  1. Place flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl and stir.
  2. Add cubed butter, and press into flour mixture with a fork until mixture is crumbly.
  3. Add buttermilk and sour cream, mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in cheese and green onions, mix until well incorporated.
  5. Drop spoonful's of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
