Cheesy, fluffy biscuits just like the ones you get at Red Lobster. Simple to make using just a few basic ingredients. —Dash of Amy
Ingredients

2 cups
flour

1 tablespoon
sugar

1/4 teaspoon
baking soda

2 teaspoons
baking powder

1 teaspoon
salt

3 tablespoons
chilled, cubed butter

1 cup
buttermilk

1/2 cup
sour cream

1 cup
shredded cheddar cheese

green onions, sliced thin
Directions

Place flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl and stir.

Add cubed butter, and press into flour mixture with a fork until mixture is crumbly.

Add buttermilk and sour cream, mix until smooth.

Stir in cheese and green onions, mix until well incorporated.

Drop spoonful's of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
