Ingredients

Large Bella Mushrooms

1 tablespoon
vegan butter

3 tablespoons
Olive oil

1 tablespoon
minced garlic

1/4 cup
unsalted sunflower seeds

1/4 teaspoon
sea salt

1 tablespoon
smoked paprika

4 sprigs
fresh thyme
Directions

Melt vegan butter in frying pan. Once melted throw in your finely chopped mushrooms. Cook about 4 minutes

Add garlic and olive oil. Cook mushrooms down and set aside in bowl.

In the same pan, throw in your finely chopped sunflowerseeds. There’s good flavor in that pan and you want the seeds to absorb that flavor.

Cook them on low constantly stirring so they don't burn! When their done add them to the mushrooms.

Add salt, smoked paprika, the last 2 tbsp of olive oil and the finely chopped sprigs of thyme. Mix well. Serve.
