Author Notes

This Southern English pea salad is one of my all-time favorites. It’s a perfect dish for spring and Easter, but also all year round. The creaminess of the mayo paired with the softness of the peas along with the eggs and cheese create the perfect, soft flavor combination. The onion and bacon add just the perfect bite and texture to each helping. Please reading along to see how I make this Southern staple in less than 20 minutes. —Samantha | Turnrow Table

What You'll Need

  • 1 32oz Bag of Frozen Peas
  • 1/3 Onion, Chopped
  • 4 Boiled Eggs, Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Bacon Bits
  • 1 cup Cheddar and Mozzarella Blended Shredded Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
Directions
  1. Cook peas according to package. Drain off excess water and let cool.
