Ingredients

2(add more or less depending on preferred strength) pieces
garlic

a splashes
olive oil

125 grams
salted butter (softened)

Pinch
herbs (optional)
Directions

First, crush your garlic cloves in a pestle and mortar with a splash of olive oil - making sure to try and get it into a paste.

Then, mix this with your butter and your herbs. I like to chop up some fresh basil but the choice is completely up to you.

Finally, spread it on your bread of choice or simply use this to melt and add a touch of flavour to any dish.
